Castletown Golf Links have a great golfing experience to offer visitors from around the world.
The Isle of Man is a wonderful destination for tourists to explore as well with well preserved castles, rich history including Viking History, steam railways, the TT Motorbike Races, unspoilt nature (the Island as a whole is a UNESCO Biosphere site), fresh local produce used in superb restaurants, etc.
Castletown Golf Links was originally laid out by Old Tom Morris in 1891 and later modified by Mackenzie Ross (Turnberry Ailsa). The course sits on a peninsula entirelt surrounded by the sea on three sides, giving amazing views of the Irish Sea. Casletown Golf Links used to rank consistently in the Top 100 courses in the UK and Ireland and is on its way to returning to that sought after list.
The Isle of Man is easy to get to with regular short flights from most UK airports and from Dublin. The Island can also be accessed via ferries from Liverpool and Heysham. Both at reasonable fares, especially when booked in advance.
We are sure you will have an amazing experience, whether it is a visit soley to the Isle of Man, or as many visitors have done previously – incorporating it as part of a UK Golfing Itinerary not to be forgotten!
